Convention Price: $95 - includes transportation to offsite events
Late fee: Any registration received online or postmarked after May 31st, 2024 (or any walk-ups) will pay a $15 late fee.
Registration ends on June 9th, 2024.

We have 30 rooms blocked until May 13, 2024. Hotel is only 3 years old and 3 miles from airport.
**Summer is very busy so be sure to book ahead. Our Special rate is $139 per night plus tax.

If you are flying in, bring chocks and tie-downs for parking in the grass.

Event Registration is open at the airport starting on Wednesday afternoon and each day thereafter as long as there are folks at the host airport to do registration.Unless otherwise stated, Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner is on your own. Multiple fast-food and restaurant choices: 2 blocks from hotels (3 miles from airport).
Transportation will be provided (buses/shuttles) for all club activities and to/from airport. Detailed Agenda to be included in check-in bag. |
