Forney part numbers are the same as Erco part numbers but with 415- replaced with F. you can look at the factory drawings on Ercoupe.info to get the part numbers.

Univairs customer service sucks. If you call them asking questions they will not have the answer but they will give you Vernon Gregory's phone number.

You could try typing in the listed part numbers in the search field on Univair's site if you haven't done so already.
Also, you could check the NTSB accident data base to get an idea of what the event was here www.ntsb.gov/Pages/AviationQueryv2.aspx
