When I first got my 415C the valve was so stiff I almost couldn't move it and I was losing fuel out of the header. I cut off a short piece of tubing to use as a cheater bar and after a while got it freed up. Now it operates pretty smoothly and fuel loss is almost nonexistent. I close both valves after flight.

Mine does not drip. When I first got it, it would have a pretty good trickle if I forgot to close the gas valve.
But with a new needle and well lapped seat, no issues anymore. No matter how long I leave the valve open.

I recently had an A/P IA tell me if it is repaired correctly it will not drip. Anyone have a Stromberg that does not drip?
