Wausau would be a great place to meet and start, nice airport , friendly manager. A fly out to Shawano for a lunch fish fry is tops. 2021 convention was really nice in Wausau
Traverse City, MI, UP AND AROUND via UP, too chicken to fly over Lake Michigan

I hope to be in your current status someday; meanwhile, we’ll be attending for the first time to Airventure this year. Hope to meet other club members.

With the AirVenture Cup Race starting at Wausau, I wonder if Syd will be entering his coupe?

Syd Cohen often leads in a group starting from the airport at
Watertown Wisconsin, a pleasant flight just south of Oshkosh.
It is a great way to fly into Oshkosh for your first time and
ensure you get to park with other Ercoupes. I'm sure
he will let us know if he decides to lead us in again.

I’m very interested! I have been there several times driving. This will be my first time flying. I’m clueless as to arrival procedures, and how do y’all make sure you park in the same area.
I’m in the Atlanta Georgia area. Freshly minted private pilot, only 33 years in the making. 25 years A&P mechanic.

Guess I’m missing it again. I’m hoping to make one last Oshkosh next year for the 85th anniversary of the Ercoupe. I can’t believe it’s been that long since he 75th! You guys have fun!
