Thanks for this! I got all the records for my newly-purchased 415C in just a few minutes... no waiting for a CD.

I can't sign in as a new user due to having to sign into other FAA sites, I wish I could.

I use the google authenticator. Just sign up as a new user on the cares site. It’s not that complicated. Just ignore the other login buttons and act as if you’ve never signed into any FAA site.

Just thought people here would want to know. Clearly their network of sites are a mess.

I used to be able to sign into the FAA account to access my airman information page but when I tried the care site they wanted some okta login verification method. A call to their tech support center in Mumbai got me to download the google authentication app on my phone but that of course was not the okta option the faa web page. Supposedly there will be an email with some code tomorrow, but I"m not holding my breath. Apparently that is different from the FAAST program log-on.
