I didn't take any pictures of the screen but it was pretty clean...I sent a couple of pictures from inside the carb and the needle.  I am trying to stop the carb from dripping when the fuel is turned on and the engine is not running. It is really a simple carb.  My mixture control was wired shut and I am going to try to remedy the no mixture as well.  There's a lot of safety wire on that thing.

Got it off... better socket and a little PB Blaster and a better choice of tools... Bingo easy....
