Getting the fork off take heat. I heat-up the neck quickly and bump the fork off. it is best done by two people.

Thank you Matt for the info you sent, that will come in handy as we replace necessary parts, also we were finally able to remove the whole assembly from the motor mount.

It is not like a cessna, you have to pull the whole assembly out of the plane, here is how to take it apart
