Do you have fabric covered wings?
Are the trailing edges stiched on your plane, if it is fabric?
What is Cam that you are refering to?

for the spacing and tie off distances, that would have been laid out in CAM 18, which should be the same as AC43.13

That is what I said, as the oem specified.
My question, is to whom ever reads this, is your wings rib stitched?
Just a overall question to what ever system is used. I know it is required.
I am amazed that the time frame 1967 to 1994 no one notice that these wings where not stitched.
Also, the service manual does not specify how often you should tie off. Unless I missed it.

The following is from the Q&A section of the Oracover 6000 site.
Is rib stitching required?
That just depends on the requirements as set forth by the designer of your aircraft. If the plans call for rib stitching, then you must rib stitch. If the plans call for rivets, you will use rivets.
