That being said, The Belleville are pretty costly.The only hard thing on replacind donuts is getting the C CLIP out of the top housing of the shock... Some do not like the steel gear, I myself like them very much !

I have a 46 coupe with the Bellville washer conversion on the main gear. Does anyone have info regarding the maintenance on this conversion?
I also have a 46 that I am restoring and that one has the original donut rings that are in need of replacement . Likely will just be sticking with the donuts on that gear but open to opinions on either set up.
