Uneven aileron

Might simply be out of adjustment and needs to have the rigging adjusted. See Ercoupe Service Memorandum 35. Particuarly, paragraph 8, which allows for a certain amount of aileron warp.

Hi All!

So I finally sold my project plane and picked up one that's in pretty good shape. There are a couple of issues with it and I wanted the group's opinion on one. The left aileron is not sitting evenly. I can't tell with my eye whether it is bent or if god forbid it is the wing.

See the attached pictures, You can see that when the left side is even, the right side is not. Thoughts?
