Bubble v Flat Windshield

I am in the process of renovating (not "restoring") a 415-C. It has a bubble windshield installed long ago by a prior owner. The windshield needs to be replaced and I am wondering what the pros and cons are for bubble v flat. I have heard that the bubble creates more turbulence in the cabin when the windows are open. How much of a factor is this? What other considerations are there? Thanks.
