Ercoupe wanted

Hello everyone, I’m new to the Ercoupe and the community, but not new to airplanes and general aviation. I recently retired from commercial flying and searching for my retirement airplane, something that’s affordable, easy to fly and maintain, and still able to get parts for it. The Ercoupe certainly checks all the boxes! I’ve owned several other airplanes so this isn’t my first rodeo. I hoping to find a plane for sale locally (within Arizona) but open to others and aware of what’s on Barnstormers and Tradeaplane. My preference is either an airworthy 415C or D, one without rudder pedals, has a transponder with ADSB, with complete logs with supporting paperwork. For the record I looked at the one on Phoenix Craigslist and ran away from it. The wings are fabric covered and look new inside (red flag as nothing was mentioned in the airframe log about being replaced), but the belly skin looked like a washboard! It obviously had a hard landing at some point, maybe even a nose gear collapse, but again the owner didn’t know anything nor was anything mentioned in the log. In any case, I’m guessing there’s a few Ercoupe owners out there contemplating selling their prized coupe and looking for the right home for it. May hangar at Falcon Field is call it’s name!  Kobi 907-748-5765
