Thanks for the pics , we finally got the adjustment on the bowl and setting correct after taking the carb off 4 times , thank you for all the help .

Thank you for all the help , after taking off the carb four times we finally got the adjustment on the needle and setting , it's not easy to adjust .

Im going from memory here, but....The bottom disk (2 holes plus the screw hole) engages a pin in the housing. The holes are different sizes, so I think there is only one way for it to go in, .Counter sink up. The top disk has slots for the shaft to engage, so they have to be on top. kind of line up the holes in the top disk with the vent hole in the bottom disk. The top disk rotates during adjustment, so you just don't want it 180 degrees out of position. The shaft engages the slots in the top disk which I think are off center, so only one way for it to go. There is a spring under the shaft, so make sure when you screw on the top that the shaft has engaged the slots. The arm screws on so the tab is down between the two limit stops cast in the top.

The mixture control on the carburetor how does the two round dics seat inside , is there a special position when you screw the cover over them.
