Looking for 337 paperwork for Air Fab large baggage

I am annualing a 46 Ercoupe 415C that has a large baggage compartment installed. There isn't a Form 337 in the records indicating that this alteration had been approved. As best I can tell, based on appearance and a logbook entry from 1966, this is the Air Fab modification. This modification is done per a drawing #102. I have been unable to locate this drawing or a sample 337.

Can anyone provide copies of this documentation or a source for the drawing?
