I found the rest of the instructions and the previous posts were correct. It does list 9 degrees of elevator travel and the gear modification.

What items are you looking for? The STC instructions are on Alphas web site and the only requirement is the large trim tab or split elevator. Otherwise the airframe must comply with A-718 TC. This means keeping 13 degrees up travel and original strut orifice. So the only part you would need is a piece of aluminum to increase the trim tab. The rest is just paperwork. Of course if you don't have a trim tab yet that is another story but getting the parts to install one should not be very difficult.

So why don't you "go to the horses mouth" the owner of the STC, Alpha Aviation, I think his name is Don McDonald. I've dealt with him before and was very helpful/cooperative. I'm sure he will answer all your questions. J have the STC and will be happy to have it available to read Sat nite around 7PM Eastern if you want to call or I can briefly email the requirements.

I am planning to get the STC for increase weight to 1320 Lbs. from 1260 Lbs. but I can't seem to find all the items needed to do the change over. Yes there are some on this post. Are there any more things I need to replace or add to be ready for my STC. TKS....

Whoever said that is wrong. You can make every change needed to turn a C model to a D model, and as long as the paperwork hasn't been submitted, it's still legal as a C. The only things required for the 1320 STC are the landing gear oleo orifice sizes, which most already have, the trim tab size, and the elevator up travel restriction. None of these things alter its eligibility for use by a light sport pilot. As I said before, the STC would be useless if it took the plan out of light sport eligibility, since if it did you could just convert to a D and get 1400 pounds!
