Larry

I found some good information on your suggestion.

I Google TCDS 718 which lead me to A-787 R33 with a breakdown of required Baffles and part numbers for the Ercoupe. Univair Aircraft has a picture for every baffle part number needed. The last page on A-787 R33 lead me to Continental SB M47-16 revised 7-9-52. This has the requirements to change the engine to 85HP. Still have to confirm the upgrade on Carb from 1957, this should be easy since the Carb was overhauled 2 years ago.

TCDS 718 section 110 tells you what has to be done to the aircraft to have a C85.

I would guess the actual conversion for the engine is covered in the Continental documentation. Mine was converted in 2006, but I don’t have my log books here at the moment.

Need paper work.C75 to C85

I have owned my Ercoupe for 3 years now. a great flying aircraft.. After reviewing the Engine logs I discover I'm missing a decent sign off on the engine for this conversion..  My log books says change Carb Venturi complete engine conversion to 85hp in Nov,1957. A very long time ago.

Does any body have a detail log book sign off or reference to Continental C75 to a C85 or a S/B or a copy of a  completed 337 in their logs books as a starting point for my AI to start the paper work..

Thank You in advance.
