AD 2012-08-06 C

My M10 is going through a very through Annual following some years of inactivity and my A&P brought up this AD as it references to the Service and Maintenance Manual, which is not in the manual I provided, obviously too old. I will call Univair tomorrow but wanted to ask here if anyone knows if the currently offered manual is that up to date? Also this AD required a Reporting Form be submitted to the FAA and Univair, I assume all you guys (in compliance) did this, yes?
