				Looks like the cables Have one twisted over the other. second look that is the problem!                                  you are going to have to take the left cable off mas.t (looking forward.) Then safety the turn buckle again.

				Does anyone have a photo of how the 'block' should be set up. The way it is now is that it is pulling up on the lower elevator cable and causing it to rub on the housing.

				Hey Warren, thanks for the info!
She is still in San Diego and I will be down there at the end of the month to prepare/inspect her for the flight up north. I am going to try moving the elevator and see if the wire moves.
There is not a lot of room for the wire to go through, it seems there should be a guide at the top or maybe some sort of cap over the fairlead to hold it in place?
Maybe someone here has an image of what it should look like?

				Robert, No! Push down elevator see if it goes down. There is a block on the lower cable back in the tail cone. that the rudder cable cross at, see that it looks normal. I do not see cable wear signs in the pic. The fairlead below the cable shows no sign of cable contact.
