When my wings were recovered, the rings were glued in, but the holes were not cut out until the next inspection.

My plane was last covered in 1967, last flown in 1994.
The plane has been inside a heated building under goind restoration untill I recieved it last November. The inside of the wings are covered with yellow cromate, no corrosion, look like new.
So, I am in process of compling with all the SB's.
There is no rib stitching been done, on the trailling edge of the of the old covering job. In this case, I have no example to follow .
I will be covering with Oratex 6000, Oratex says to do as OEM requires.
The service manual is rather vage on some discriptions.
So, with skin off, full view visual inspection, does this mean that I would not have to have all the inspection holes untill 100 hr inspection?
I am going to put them in anyway, the wings are off, just trying to clarify the wording of the SB.

Do you have a copy of the Maint manual ? the answer is yes, and the manual shows how it should be done.

I'm sure you old hands know the answer to this but I just acquired a coupe and I am new at this game. With rag wings do you have to rib stitch the fabric
