1946 Ercoupe For Sale

We have a 1946 Ercoupe that did not pass the annual due to corrosion in the wings. A/I states the metal needs to come off, surface rust removed and sealed and one 3' rib replaced for airworthiness. An alternative is to by serviceable wings from Vern Gregory about $6K. Otherwise the plane is in great shape. I am unable to do the work needed so we are selling. Asking $20K or best reasonable offer. The plane is not listed anywhere else yet. See attachment for more info.
