				if it is all ready installed, then it is a swap as both are TSO items.

				Replacing rotating beacon was created by Morris Pearson			
			
				My 415 C has an old coffee grinder rotating beacon that is on it's last leg. Looking to replace it with a modern TSOed  LED beacon. As the type certificate (A718) does not have a beacon on it do I need to have a 337 field approval? Seems to me that any TSOed beacon installed by my friendly A&P would not rise to the major alteration level.
