Hi all. When flying my coupe I always manage to lose the battery box for my Lightspeed headset. I saw a clip to hold that box for sale somewhere and figured I’d make my own. Also, I wanted to have a simple way to put my iPhone on the panel so I could watch weather and traffic while I fly. My first attempt resulted in an overheated iPhone e right when I needed it. So I spaced the phone out about ¼ inch from the panel and put cooling slots in the back.
All of these things are attached using some super strong, heat and moisture resistant double sided tape. I’m attaching photos of an empty battery box holder and one with the box in it. Also a Shot of the phone holder, built just for my iPhone 11 in its case.
