Sometimes you can take the motor out and oil it up really well. It may have burned out, however. I would think any 12-14v motor that size would do. When mine died I got it going for a while, but when it finally died again I just bought a flashing halogen light for about $120.

My Grimes rotating beacon on my 46' has died. The light still illuminates but no rotation. I have searched online but no luck finding a motor. Any suggestions other than buying a new strobe? Thanks.
