Any Mogas MUST be NON-ETHANOL!

If you can get it, auto fuel is better. I have been using it since 1980, never once a fouled plug or stick valve.

I’ve flown my C85 powered Ercoupe for 15 years, some 1600 hours, and I’ve had 2 stuck valves. Both occurrences were after a long hot day of flying. I’m talking about 8-10 hours with short stops for refueling. I’ve never put anything in my gas. I’ve always used 100LL.

Looking at buying a C85 powered 415C. Curious as to how well it will handle 100LL with or without TCP. Remember the O-200 Cessna 150s did not like the 100LL at all. Had all kind of spark plug and valve lead fouling issues. Considering non ethanol MOGAS but it is hard to come by where I live. Any thoughts or experience on the best answer?
