The best fix is to take the tank apart, it is not that hard, clean off all the old sealant and reseal, and it will be good for another 40 years.

Right wing fuel tank was created by Ken Ballenger
I've developed a leak in my right wing tank (passenger side) in my 415D. It's coming from the where the threaded boss is riveted to the tank itself. Any ideas on how to repair it without taking the tank apart or where I can find a used one? Vernon didn't have one and directed me to Curt Yearout with Safe Skies Aviation. I'm waiting for a return call from them. Thanks. Ken
